season month in Turin and in order to avoid difficulties in booking
(especially single rooms), early reservations are strongly
recommended.
** Rooms are guaranteed if reservation and deposit are received
by no later than June 30, 2009. Reservations received after June
30, 2009 will be accommodated on availability.
Every effort will be made to meet participants requests, but no
guarantee can be given.
Arrangements will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
If a room at a requested rate or hotel category is no longer available,
one room at the next available rate or hotel category will
be automatically assigned and the rate may be higher than the
selected one.
