Conference Registration

  • ICEAA - IEEE APWC 2011 requires registration for every paper to be scheduled for presentation and published in the Conference proceedings. The non-refundable registration fee of the presenting author is required by June 3, 2011 (at the time of the submission of the contribution in final form).
  • All papers must be presented by one of the authors and each registered author may present one paper at ICEAA and one paper at IEEE APWC. One additional paper may also be accepted if space permits, but will incur a supplemental publication fee of 100 Euro.
  • Full registration of all participants is required, including members of the Conference Committees, Session Chairs and Authors. The delegate registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, luncheons and coffee breaks, banquet, and participants' briefcase containing the Conference Proceedings and other material. The accompanying person fee includes only the banquet.
  • IEEE members must include their membership number in the Conference Registration Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees for presenting authors (due by 3 June 2011) are not refundable.

All other cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 25th June 2011 will receive a full refund less EU 100 administration fee. Should you cancel after 25th June 2011 you will receive a 50% refund less EU 100 administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after 6 August 2011. Check the Conference website for any changes or updates on the ICEAA - IEEE APWC 2011 program

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

The conference organizers will not accept liability for personal injury or loss/damage to property/belongings of participants or accompanying persons, and occurring before, during or following the conference and its associated tours, or their stay in Italy. It is therefore recommended that participants and accompanying persons arrange for their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.
