ICEAA IEEE-APWC Awards
2023 ICEAA Industrial Engineering Paper Award
Criteria: The ICEAA - IEEE APWC establish the ICEAA - IEEE APWC Award to recognize the author(s) who present at the ICEAA - IEEE APWC joint conferences an exceptional paper in terms of content and impact on Electromagnetics. In selecting the awardee, other factors considered are originality, clarity and timeliness of the paper. Interested authors are encouraged to apply after carefully reviewing the following information to insure their eligibility and ability to comply with application requirements and deadlines.
Administration: The award will be administered by the ICEAA Scientific Committee.
Eligibility: Candidates must submit electronically their summary papers (2-6 pages) to ICEAA '23 or IEEE APWC '23 according to the Conference standards (to secure publication in IEEE Xplore) by May 10, 2023. They must present their paper orally in a session of ICEAA '23 or IEEE APWC '23. All candidates must have paid their registration to ICEAA '23 - IEEE APWC '23 by June 30, 2023.
The persons eligible for this award are young scientists aged not more than thirty-six as of June 30, 2023.
Further Requirements: The finalists for this Award must present their paper also in a special poster session scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, October 11, 2023, in the coffee-break area near the registration desk.
The poster must be one in A0 format with portrait orientation (i.e.: 1189hx841w in millimeters). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_216
Award Items: A certificate and a prize of 800 Euro will be awarded to the young scientist who has authored the best paper. In case of eligible coauthors who are registered participants at ICEAA - IEEE APWC, each awardee will receive a certificate and the cash award will be shared equally among them. The award announcement and presentation are made at the ICEAA - IEEE APWC banquet, all candidates are expected to attend the banquet.
Publicity: The winner(s) of the ICEAA - IEEE APWC 2023 award will be acknowledged on IEEE Xplore in a special page entitled: "Winner of the ICEAA - IEEE APWC 2023 Award."

1. May 10, 2023 - Electronic submission of summary papers (2-6 pages).

2023 ICEAA Industrial Engineering Paper Award
The IEEE AP-S Industrial Initiatives Committee would like to proudly announce the 2023 ICEAA Industrial Engineering Paper (IEP) Award, to be presented at the 2023 ICEAA conference in Venice, Italy. The award will be given to the paper judged to be the most innovative in terms of practical, industrial engineering related to the fields of antennas, electromagnetics and propagation.
Industrial Engineering Paper Competition Submission Requirements:
To be considered, the paper must describe work as mentioned above, and the authors must present their paper orally in a session of ICEAA '23.
All authors wishing to participate in the competition are required to follow the regular ICEAA paper submission process. Candidates must submit electronically the summary papers (2-6 pages) according to the Conference standards (to secure publication in IEEE Xplore) by May 10, 2023.

Industrial Engineering Paper submissions will be reviewed by the Technical Paper Review Committee in the same manner as all other paper submissions.
Judging will be performed by a specially formed IEP committee of experts. The winner will be announced, and award presented during the ICEAA - IEEE APWC banquet, all candidates are expected to attend the banquet.
